I’ve worked alongside some of Ireland’s most respected agencies, collaborating on projects for brands that have become industry leaders. These partnerships are where practical experience meets creative thinking, solving challenges and building identities that are memorable, distinctive, and fit for purpose.
Each project is a genuine collaboration, focused on finding the best ideas and delivering results that resonate. Through these experiences, I’ve helped shape brands that stand out in a crowded market and learned a lot from talented teams along the way.

Oaklee is an Approved Housing Body (AHB) and one of Ireland’s leading providers and developers of social housing. Established in 2001 to deliver high-quality modern homes for older people, families, mature singles, and people with complex needs, the company has since led the way by bringing a much-needed pioneering and enterprising spirit to the industry.
The project team centred the identity around a new promise – Homes to build futures in. As a consequence of the strategy, we renamed the company Oaklee from Oaklee Housing, a small change that spoke volumes. This was backed by an identity that was warm, engaging, and, above all, honest.
The logomark is derived from a basic house shape repeated to create a community of homes, forming a circular O and teamed with a contemporary yet friendly sans for the Oaklee wordmark. This shape, along with the circular O, is used throughout the visual system to house imagery and illustration. The identity is complemented by a bright, optimistic color palette and a set of homey, uplifting illustrations by a young, up-and-coming Irish illustrator, further increasing warmth. For imagery, real residents allowed us to come into their homes and photograph them as they are, capturing the essence of what home means.

Client Partners: Applegreen, Quality and Qualifications Ireland, Irish Continental Group,

Year: 2015

Campaign Overview
The “GRAVITY” campaign, a collaboration between Auxilion and Microsoft, delivered a cinematic and interactive experience to showcase how Irish enterprises are conquering cloud computing, embracing digital transformation, and modernising their workflows. The event took place at the Light House Cinema in Smithfield, Dublin City Centre, and targeted Irish industry professionals, IT decision-makers, and corporate leadership teams.
Format & Experience
This half-day event seamlessly blended a business lunch with compelling customer transformation stories and a dedicated technology showcase. To engage IT leaders nationwide, teaser videos were distributed in advance to build anticipation and drive attendance. During the event, four Auxilion client experiences were presented in a unique, cinematic format, offering powerful insights into the real-world challenges and successes of digital transformation with Microsoft Azure. Over 80 IT leaders and partners attended, taking advantage of valuable networking opportunities and exclusive industry perspectives.
Strategic Focus: FlightPlan Consultancy
A key outcome of the campaign was driving engagement with Auxilion’s “FlightPlan” consultancy service. FlightPlan was developed specifically to help organisations establish the “why,” “what,” and “when” of their IT investments and transformation projects. This service, still in use more than a decade later, delivers a clear understanding of:
Where your IT stands today
Where it needs to be to meet business goals
How to get there through actionable projects, timelines, and budget planning
Lasting Impact
For over a decade since its inception, FlightPlan has been central to Auxilion’s portfolio, equipping organisations with comprehensive strategies for IT modernisation and successful cloud adoption. The “GRAVITY” campaign demonstrates Auxilion’s commitment to innovation and client outcomes, strengthening long-term relationships with industry customers and key partner Microsoft. They were named Company of the Year in May 2025, known for long-term client partnerships and expertise in IT managed services.
